On
31st December 2001, Army Museum Concept was
presented to Y.A.B Dr Mahathir Mohamed,
Malaysian Prime Minister. The concept
adopted is a combination of learning process
and information delivery through creating a
cheerful environment, entertaining and
interesting to all patrons.
INFORMATIVE :: Giving precise
information, gist but simplified through
visuals, paintings, maps, tools, diorama,
model, replica, scrap book, newspaper
cuttings, reference books, brochures,
circular, audio visual and library services.
INTERACTIVE ::
Using an exhibition method that is user
friendly through the implementation of
advance technology such as audio visual and
touch screen.
HISTORICAL :: Using 2 old Malay
Army depot buildings could provide
an effective impact and precise
which is in accordance with Army
objective to gazette the Army Museum
as national heritage.
